Genotyping PCR of the human TERT promoter
The human TERT promoter is highly GC-rich, and unfriendly to routine PCR reactions. Here, we describe a procedure that was used to genotype this region, related to TERT Promoter Mutations (TPMs) and the TERT ATG.
